Applicant(s) must be a minimum of 18 years of age. Positive identification with a government-issued photo ID will be required. Applications for residency are reviewed and a determination of approval or denial is made based on the criteria set out below.
Verifiable gross monthly household income must be a minimum of two and a half times the stated monthly rent. Proof of income is required.
Denial of Application may result from the following: evictions, bankruptcies, judgements, liens, collections, late payments, illegal activity on the premises, falsification of rental application, incomplete rental application, adverse or non-verifiable rental history, current or previous landlord debt or income level below our minimum.
The minimum credit score for applicants is a FICO score of 740 or higher. Your credit history will be verified by a credit reporting agency. All information on the credit report is subject to verification, including previous address and place of employment, if applicable. Applications may be denied if there are: late payments or delinquencies, tax liens, charge-offs, repossessions, collections, judgments, or bankruptcies.

A holding deposit equal to the amount of the security deposit varies from property to property and must be paid in advance. Holding deposits must be paid online through our tenant portal, or by a money order or cashier's check.
Once approved, you will be notified by phone or email and we will send you your lease via Docusign. All adults must sign the rental agreement and any accompanying documentation.
Crown Management sets rents based on current market conditions, the condition of each unit, and instructions from the property owner.
One-year leases are required for most properties. Please discuss the terms of the lease for any property you are interested in renting.
