It is the tenant’s responsibility to transfer and pay for all utilities (Gas & Electric, Trash, Water, Sewer, TV, Phone, Internet, etc.) unless otherwise stated in writing in your lease. Below is a list of common utility providers for San Diego. Please make sure you have all required utilities transferred into your name prior to your lease start date.

Keep the things you love safe and protected
Tenants are responsible for renter’s insurance in the amount of $100,000, as noted in your lease agreement. Crown Management, as well as the owner of the property you are renting, must be listed as additional insured on your policy. Renter’s Insurance must be obtained and verified by Crown Management before you pick up the keys to your unit.
